Empowering Educators
At CRAFT & More Thrift Store, empowering educators means removing barriers and meeting teachers where they are. We support early childhood educators by providing affordable access to classroom materials, donating books, toys, and supplies directly to programs, and reinvesting our store’s revenue into educator support and community impact. Teachers always receive 10% off in-store, are invited to free Make-It & Take-It craft nights, and can participate in teacher trainings and workshops hosted in our space. In addition to materials, CRAFT partners with EDULINK to offer embedded coaching and practical training—because real support happens in classrooms, not through complicated applications. Every purchase at CRAFT helps put meaningful resources and support back into the hands of educators.

01
Affordable Access to Classroom Materials
We keep high-quality books, toys, art supplies, and classroom materials affordable so educators can stretch their budgets further. Teachers always receive 10% off in-store, making it easier to find what they need for their classrooms without paying retail prices.
02
Direct Resource Giving
CRAFT donates books, toys, and classroom materials directly to early learning programs and educators when needs arise. Instead of application-based grants, we focus on getting resources into classrooms quickly and thoughtfully—where they can make an immediate impact.

03
Free Teacher Make-It & Take-It Nights
We host free Make-It & Take-It craft nights for teachers, giving educators time, space, and materials to create classroom resources, visuals, and hands-on learning tools. These evenings are designed to build community, spark creativity, and reduce the cost of classroom prep.
04
Training & Embedded Educator Support
CRAFT offers early childhood teachers low-cost training and workshops, as well as embedded coaching and support through our partnership with EDULINK. By meeting educators where they are—during staff meetings, trainings, or in classrooms—we focus on practical strategies that support teachers and children in real time.

Support Starts with a Conversation
At CRAFT & More Thrift Store, we believe supporting educators means going beyond materials—it means investing in people. Through our partnership with EDULINK we offer training, coaching and leadership support and focus on practical, real-world strategies teachers and leaders can use right away. Our goal is to reduce isolation, build confidence, and strengthen programs by making high-quality support accessible, relational, and rooted in the realities of early childhood education.
